1000 out of 10! We absolutely loved our stay! It’s retro yet modern. Our room was huge and clean and the bed was excellent. Sitting in the back on Adirondack chairs by the brook was peaceful and lovely. Don’t miss the hot tub @ night. We can’t say enough good things! Stay here!!!!
A really lovely place to stay. A bit retro but everything is neat clean and well kept. Love the location and during the fall everything was absolutely beautiful. The service at the Inn is top-notch.
We went for NYE and the owner Mike was so nice as to offer a toast with champagne when the ball dropped (on tv). P.S. The hot tub is only open from 4-9 at least when we went and you have to sign up in advance for a spot which is generally limited to 2 people
We loved our stay at the Toll Road Inn. Especially the spacious rooms, the cosy common room with fireplace and the whirlpool. The location was perfect for skiing at Bromley mountain. Highly recommend!
We had a family room which was huge. The beds were comfortable. The place was clean. We enjoyed the common area but 3 chilly nights and no one lit a fire. I guess I should have asked. The views of the mountain and brook was wonderful. The free coffee in the common area was nice but in room coffee makers would have been better. Bobs restaurant across the street was nice for breakfast but super crowded and long wait for food. Maybe nicer duvets. A short drive to town.
Truly unsure how hotels are rated according to 2-star, 3-star, etc. What I am sure of is how lovely this hotel is! It was immaculate, cozy, beautiful retro rooms and well manicured grounds. It’s a short drive to the center of town. Spent 2 nights of our honeymoon trip here and we’ll definitely be back!! Thank you!
This was perfect lodging for our group. We had a total of 12 people with us, including 6 adults and 6 kids ranging from 4yrs to 11yrs old. We booked 4 rooms. 3 double bed rooms and one king with 1 of the adjoining double. My family of 5 had the adjoining rooms. It was perfect. We could have been completely comfortable in 1 double bed room. The rooms are big, with 2 separate sinks, a bath tub/shower and toilet. There is cable in the rooms along with a mini fridge, welcome basket with popcorn, chocolate and water. The rooms are rustic art inspired with vintage furniture. The beds and towels are white and clean. Towels are supplied for the hot tub which you sign up for, from 4p-9p in the office. The coffee bar is absolutely amazing with a Keurig, coffee and tea pod options, flavor syrups, a microwave, mini fridge with creamer, pitcher of water, spoons, knifes, forks and napkins. The family/ hang out area is amazing. With a fire in the middle surrounded by a piano, table and chairs, couch seating a table for games and plenty of books games and puzzles. The kids favorite was the old school pong game. There is also a tv. This room was perfect for hanging out after a day on the mountain. All of this is included in the price no extra cost for hot tub or coffee bar.
Decided to change things up from our usual place and glad we did! Such a cozy little spot. They have a cute coffee station and an Atari game system in the shared area.
